Ω型长桁加筋壁板记忆芯模共固化技术研究

摘要 复合材料机身Ω型长桁加筋壁板通常采用共固化工艺成型,在壁板共固化成型过程中,Ω型长桁内腔需填充芯模。芯模在铺放过程中需要有足够的刚性,以抵抗蒙皮自动铺丝过程中的压力;而芯模在固化过程中又要有足够的弹性,能够将热压罐的压力均匀的传递给长桁内腔。在壁板成型各个阶段,如何控制芯模不同的刚度特性是壁板共固化成型技术的关键。本文探索一种记忆芯模,该芯模在室温下表现为刚性特性,在高温下表现为弹性特性。搭建芯模承压测量系统,精确测量芯模在自动铺放压力作用下的最大变形量为0.89mm;搭建芯模传压测量系统,精确测量芯模在固化过程中的传压效率为80%-97%。此外,基于记忆芯模方案,探索Ω型长桁加筋壁板成型工艺过程,制造加筋壁板试验件,并对其外观、无损、厚度及金相进行检测,得到试验件的质量满足要求。 Composite fuselageΩstringer stiffened panels are usually formed by co-curing process.In the co-curing process,the mandrel is filled in the cavity ofΩstringer on the IML tooling.The mandrel should be rigid enough to resist the compaction force of AFP roller,and the mandrel should be elastic enough to evenly transfer the pressure of the autoclave to the inner cavity of the stringer during the curing process.In each stage of panel forming,controlling the different stiffness characteristics of mandrel is the key technology of panel co-curing.This paper explores a memory mandrel,which has the rigidity of room temperature and the elasticity of high temperature.A mandrel pressure measuring system was built to accurately measure the deformation of mandrel under automatic fiber placement,the maximum deformation is 0.89mm.A mandrel pressure transfer measuring system was built to accurately measure the pressure transfer rate of mandrel mold in the curing process,the transfer rate is 80%-97%.In addition,based on the memory mandrel scheme,explored the forming process ofΩstringer stiffened panels.The test pieces of stiffened panel were manufactured,and their appearance,non-destructive,thickness and metallography were tested,and the quality of the test pieces met the requirements.
