摘要
本文针对国产碳纤维特点研制一种新型改性环氧树脂配方,测试CCF700S碳纤维NOL环、单向板以及Ф150mm标准容器水压爆破,并对爆破后复合材料结合SEM对碳纤维的微观结构进行表征。试验结果表明,该改性环氧树脂体系与CCF700S碳纤维浸润性好,界面粘接能力强,力学性能优异,改性环氧树脂体系适用于CCF700S碳纤维湿法缠绕工艺。
This article develops a new type of modified epoxy resin formula based on the characteristics of domestic carbon fibers,and tests the CCF700S carbon fiber NOL ring,unidirectional board,andФ150mm standard container was subjected to water pressure blasting,and the microstructure of carbon fibers was characterized by combining SEM with composite materials after blasting.The experimental results show that the modified epoxy resin system has good wettability with CCF700S carbon fibers,strong interfacial bonding ability,and excellent mechanical properties.The modified epoxy resin system is suitable for the wet winding process of CCF700S carbon fibers.
