风机叶片面漆干燥程度与温度及时间的关系研究

摘要 风机叶片是风机的主要工作部件,它担负着将气体压力能和动能转化为电能的任务,理想状态下风机叶片在存放和运输过程不会出现面漆干燥度不足而造成油漆损伤或脱落情况,但由于叶片本身油漆材质及风机叶片存放和运输部位及环境的特殊性,现有叶片油漆材质多为Mega FU 400-i Ral7035面漆,风机叶片表面油漆在不同环境情况下,出现了腐蚀点、存放点、运输点油漆慢慢脱落倾向,为此我们通过探讨和验证Mega FU 400-i Ral7035面漆干燥硬度、附着力与表面加热温度、时间的关系,以此来研究风机叶片支架存放、运输位置维修面漆干燥硬度及附着力满足存放、运输条件的要求,实现风机叶片面漆干燥程度的提升。 The wind turbine blade is the main working part of the fan,which is responsible for converting the pressure energy and kinetic energy of the gas into electric energy.Under ideal conditions,there will be no paint damage or falling off due to insufficient dryness of the top paint during storage and transportation of the wind turbine blade.However,due to the particularity of the paint material of the blade itself,the storage and transportation site of the fan blade and the environment,the paint material of the existing blade is mostly Mega FU 400-i Ral7035 surface paint,wind turbine blade surface paint in different environmental conditions,there is a corrosion point,storage point,transport point paint slowly falling off,so we discussed and verified the drying hardness of Mega FU 400-i Ral7035 surface paint and the relationship between surface heating temperature and time[1,2].In this way,it is studied that the drying hardness and adhesion of the fan blade support for storage and transportation can meet the requirements of storage and transportation conditions,and the drying degree of fan blade top paint can be improved.
