摘要
碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)有轻质、高比强度、高比模量等优异的力学性能,在汽车轻量化领域拥有巨大的应用潜力。本文从复合材料轮毂、板簧、传动轴等汽车结构件的研究进展、工艺制备等方面,阐述了CFRP在汽车轻量化领域中的应用,展望了CFRP在汽车工业中的应用前景和发展瓶颈。
Carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP)has great application potential in the field of automobile lightweight due to its excellent mechanical properties such as density,specific strength and specific modulus.The application of CFRP in the field of automobile lightweight was described from the aspects of automobile structure parts such as spring,wheel hub,transmission shafts etc,and process manufacturing etc.The application prospect of CFRP and development bottleneck in automobile industry was forecasted.
