地勘单位建设现代化产业体系路径研究——以HK集团为例

Research on the Construction Path of Modern Industrial System of Geological Prospecting Units——Take HK Group as an Example

文章以HK集团转型升级、创新发展为例,针对地勘单位普遍存在的产业同质化竞争和企业“小、散、弱”问题,提出抓好要素聚集、协同发展、资源集聚等“三个引领”,突出产业完整、先进性、特色性等“三个特征”,构建地勘现代化产业体系自主性、开发性、协调性的建设路径,并在人才建设、资本运作、风险防控方面强化保障。

Taking the transformation,upgrading and innovative development of HK Group as an example,in view of the common problems of exiting in geological prospecting units,including industrial homogeneity competition and"small,scattered and weak"enterprises,the paper proposes"three guidance"including factor aggregation,collaborative development,and resource agglomeration,highlights"three characteristics"including industrial integrity,advanced nature,and characteristics,constructs a construction path of independence,development and coordination of the modern geological exploration industrial system,and strengthens guarantees in the construction of talents,capital operation,and risk prevention and control.
