引信MEMS安解装置二维过载加载方法及仿真分析

摘要 针对引信安全与解除隔离装置后坐过载和离心过载的加载难题,介绍了一种引信二维过载加载模拟方法。综合运用离心机旋转储能、撞击加速模拟法以及等效离心旋转模拟法,通过离心机带动冲击锤高速撞击装有引信安解装置试件的滑车并使其瞬间加速,模拟后坐过载加载;通过电磁制动器控制冲击锤瞬间收回,使滑车绕轨离心旋转,模拟离心过载加载。建立了模拟试验系统的动力学方程和冲击锤的运动方程,计算并选定了离心机的转速和电磁制动器的制动力。利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立冲击锤撞击滑车的动力学模型进行仿真分析,得到了不同离心机转速、缓冲垫材质以及缓冲垫厚度条件下的后坐过载和离心过载加速度曲线,仿真结果表明:该方法能够实现超10000g后坐过载和超1000g离心过载的二维过载加载模拟。 Aimed at recoil overload and centrifugal overload loading problem of fuses safe and arming device,a two-dimensional overload loading simulation method for fuses was introduced.Based on cen-trifuge rotation energy storage,impact acceleration simulation and equivalent centrifugal rotation meth-od,the impact hammer driven by the centrifuge was used to impact the block with the fuses safe and arming device at high speed and made it accelerate instantaneously to simulate the recoil overload load-ing.The impact hammer was controlled by the electromagnetic brake to withdraw instantaneously,which made the block rotate around the rail and simulate the centrifugal overload loading.The dynamic equations of the simulation test system and the motion equations of the impact hammer were estab-lished.The rotation speed of the centrifuge and the braking force of the electromagnetic brakes were calculated and determined.A dynamic model of impact hammer impacting the block was established by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software and the acceleration curves of recoil overload and centrifugal overload un-der different centrifuge speeds,cushion material,and cushion thickness conditions were obtained by simulation.The simulation results show that this method can realize two-dimensional overload loading simulation of 10000 g recoil overload and 1000 g centrifugal overload.
