双药室高低压变初速发射内弹道与卸压膜片分析 被引量:1

摘要 为实现非致命武器变初速功能,降低非致命武器结构的设计难度,提高使用可靠性,设计一种双药室膜片控制式发射装药结构。利用数值计算的方法对双药室高低压变初速内弹道进行分析,得到高、低压药室单独击发和高、低压药室同时击发、高压药室延时击发和低压药室延时击发时最大膛压和初速,建立膛压变化曲线和初速变化曲线。根据数值分析结果设计装有防窜火弧形卸压膜片的双药室结构。利用显示动力学仿真对弧形防窜火膜片结构进行验证,证明所设计结构的可行性。 In order to realize the variable muzzle velocity function of non-lethal weapon,reduce the difficulty of structure design and improve the reliability,a double-chamber diaphragm controlled pro-pellant charge structure was designed.The internal ballistics of high and low pressure double-chamber with variable muzzle velocity were analyzed by numerical calculation.The maximum chamber pressure and muzzle velocity at single firing,simultaneous firing and delayed firing of high and low chamber were obtained,as well as the chamber pressure and muzzle velocity change curve were established.According to the numerical analysis results,the double-chamber with the arc-shaped pressure relief diaphragm against blow-by was designed.The structure of arc-shaped diaphragm was verified by explicit dynamics simulation and the feasibility of the structure was proved.
