摘要
针对目前文化设施项目施工阶段建筑信息模型(BIM)应用水平差异大、应用效果不明显、技术难推进等问题,基于软件成熟度评价模型(CMM)构建了BIM成熟度评价指标体系,该评价体系可较准确地测量文化设施项目施工阶段BIM的应用能力。通过文献收集与专家调查确定了文化设施项目BIM成熟度评价指标体系;使用粗糙集理论确定了相关指标的权重,采用黄金分割法建立标准云模型进行成熟度评价;通过案例分析验证模型的可行性和适用性。项目决策者可根据评价结果针对性地提出相应的改进措施,从而提高项目建设的效率,保证项目的高质量完成。
In view of the problems such as large differences in the application level of building information model(BIM)in the construction stage of cultural facilities projects,ineffective application effect,and difficult promotion of BIM technology,this paper constructs a BIM maturity evaluation index system based on the Software Maturity evaluation model(CMM),which can accurately measure the application ability of BIM in the construction stage of cultural facilities projects.Firstly,this paper determines the BIM maturity evaluation index system of cultural facilities projects through literature collection and expert investigation.Secondly,the rough set theory is used to determine the weights of relevant indicators,and the golden section method is used to establish a standard cloud model for maturity evaluation.Finally,the feasibility and applicability of the model are verified by case analysis.Project decision-makers can propose corresponding improvement measures according to the evaluation results to improve the efficiency of project construction and ensure the high quality of the project.
