职业能力提升导向下新闻专业课程教学改革研究--以廊坊师范学院“网络传播学”课程为例 被引量:1

摘要 依据行业需求培养学生的职业能力,提高学生就业率和就业质量,是应用型高校面临的重要课题,而课程建设无疑是实现这一目标最核心的工作和环节。新闻专业的基础课程“网络传播学”是随着网络媒体的蓬勃发展而诞生的新课程,具有很强的实践性,契合应用型人才培养的理念。但由于受到教学中职业能力观落后、教学内容与行业需求脱节、学生实践机会缺乏等因素的影响,不少学校该课程在学生职业能力培养方面还难以达到理想的教学效果。针对此问题,廊坊师范学院新闻专业“网络传播学”课程教学团队开展了以职业能力提升为导向的教学改革探索,通过采用以学生为中心的线上线下混合式教学、建立多元化考核机制、拓展实践教学层次等方法,增强了学生的就业竞争力,取得了良好的效果,对兄弟院校的相关教学改革具有一定的启示意义。 An important task for application-oriented colleges and universities is to cultivate students’professional ability accord-ing to the needs of the industry and improve the employment rate and quality of students.Curriculum construction is undoubtedly the core work and link to achieve this goal.The basic course of journalism major—“Network Communication”is a new course born with the vigorous development of network media,which has a strong practicality and is in line with the concept of culti-vating applied talents.However,due to the backwardness of the concept of professional ability,the disconnection between the teaching content and the needs of the industry,and the lack of practice opportunities for students,the course in many schools is still difficult to achieve the ideal teaching effect of students’vocational ability training.In response to this problem,the teaching team of the course in“Network Communication”for journalism major of Langfang Normal University have carried out the explo-ration of teaching reform oriented by vocational ability improvement in the teaching of this course,and adopted student-centered online-offline blended teaching,established a diversified assessment mechanism,and expanded the level of practical teaching,which has enhanced the employment competitiveness of students and achieved good results,which has certain enlightening sig-nificance for the relevant teaching reform of sister universities.
