煤矿用带式输送机保护装置设计研究

摘要 针对煤矿主煤流运输控制系统主要采用人工调节,未实现集中控制、联动控制及变频调速控制,带式输送系统各输送带独立运行,导致带式输送机存在长时间开机却不能保持高效生产,驱动设备数据采集不及时,存在监管盲区等问题,设计了带式输送机保护装置。非本安型产品电路于正常或规定故障状态产生的热效应及电火花均会引起周围环境中易燃易爆气体爆炸,所以该保护装置采用本安化设计,使其电源及信号端口满足煤矿井下需求,其配备的具有信号处理功能的扩音电话实现沿线本安供电距离及信号传输距离最大达到3 km,解决带式输送机的沿线设备最大传输距离短的问题,可实现传输距离远、安全、节省电能、带式输送机增效、降低系统运维成本。 In view of the fact that the main coal flow transportation control system in coal mine mainly adopts manual adjustment,fails to realize centralized control,linkage control and variable frequency speed regulation control,and each conveyor belt of the belt conveyor system runs independently,which leads to the problems that the belt conveyor can not maintain efficient production for a long time,the data collection of driving equipment is not timely,and there are supervision blind spots,designed a protection device for belt conveyor.The thermal effect and electric spark generated by the circuit of non-intrinsically safe products in normal or specified fault state will cause the explosion of flammable and explosive gases in the surrounding environment.Therefore,the protection device adopts intrinsically safe design,so that its power supply and signal port can meet the requirements of coal mine underground.The amplifier telephone with signal processing function can realize the maximum intrinsically safe power supply distance and signal transmission distance along the line of 3 km,which solves the problem of short maximum transmission distance of equipment along the belt conveyor,and can realize long transmission distance,safety,energy saving,belt conveyor increasing efficiency and reducing cost of system operation and maintenance.
