摘要
在光纤光栅(FBG)传感监测技术研究基础上,设计了一种液压支架FBG传感监测方法,并对支架运动学模型进行了分析,最终设计了FBG倾角传感器。通过运动模型可以计算支架铰点的坐标。实践证明,通过监测顶梁、底座和前连杆的倾斜角度,可以获得液压支架的姿态信息。通过实验可知,传感器在-30°~30°内具有很好的线性度,且传感器的角度监测结构具有良好的抗疲劳性和稳定性。该传感器可以广泛用于其他类型液压支架的准分布式测量和长期在线监测。研究成果可为采矿安全技术和智能矿山技术的发展提供助力。
Based on the research of fiber bragg grating(FBG)sensing monitoring technology,a FBG sensing monitoring method for hydraulic support was designed,and the support kinematics model was analyzed.Finally,an FBG inclination sensor was designed.By using a motion model,the coordinates of the hinge points of the support can be calculated.Practice has shown that by monitoring the inclination angles of the top beam,base,and front link,the attitude information of the hydraulic support can be obtained.Through experiments,it can be know that the sensor has good linearity within the range of-30°-30°,and the angle monitoring structure of the sensor has good fatigue resistance and stability.The sensor can be widely used for quasi distributed measurement and long-term online monitoring of other types of hydraulic support.The research results will provide assistance for the development of mining safety technology and intelligent mining technology.
