煤矿输送机变频器控制单元电源管理技术 被引量:1

摘要 目前煤矿输送机主要是由变频器来负责核心的控制部分,通过变频器实现了输送机对转速和转矩的自主控制,提升了采煤工作的质量和效率。控制单元是变频器控制的核心部件,通过对大量变频器的功能失效进行分析,控制单元供电电源失效是引起变频器功能失效甚至变频器功率器件炸毁的主要原因,既影响了煤矿采煤的工作效率,又给煤矿特殊的作业环境带来安全隐患。针对这些问题,提出一种新的控制单元电源管理技术,既能解决控制单元供电电源外部输入电压扰动导致供电电源输出不可控问题,又能有效解决控制单元供电电源外部输入电压不正常关断或控制单元供电电源损坏导致的控制单元控制功能不可控问题,使控制单元供电电源及其控制功能在各种工况下均处于可控状态。通过计算及具体实验对其进行了定量说明。 Currently,the frequency converter is mainly responsible for the core control part of the coal mine conveyor,and realizes the independent control of the speed and torque of the conveyor by the frequency converter,which improves the quality and efficiency of coal mining work.The control unit is the core component of the frequency converter control,have analyzed the function failure of a large number of frequency converters,and know that the failure of the power supply of the control unit is the main reason for the failure of the frequency converter function and even the blown up of the frequency converter power device.This not only affects the efficiency of coal mining work in coal mines,but also brings safety hidden dangers to the special working environment of coal mine.Aiming at these problems,proposed a new control unit power management technology.It can not only solve the problem of uncontrollable output of the power supply caused by external input voltage disturbance of the power supply of the control unit,but also effectively solve the problem of uncontrollable control function of the control unit caused by abnormal shutdown of the external input voltage of the power supply of the control unit or damage to the power supply of the control unit,and then ensure the power supply of the control unit and its control functions in a controllable state under various working conditions.Illustrate it quantitatively by calculation and concrete experiments.
