摘要
针对矿用掘进机行走存在验证能力不足的问题,阐述了可变坡度试验台的研究意义及目的。详细介绍了该试验台的主要结构组成、设计方法以及安全性能。该试验台具备在纵向工作坡度0~25°内行走安全性能的分析验证能力,为悬臂式掘进机硬岩截割提供试验数据。
In response to the problem of insufficient verification ability in the walking of roadheader,the research significance and purpose of a variable slope test bench were expounded.The main structural components,design methods and safety performance of the test bench were introduced in detail.This test bench has the ability to analyze and verify the safety performance of walking within the longitudinal working slope of 0-25°,which provides experimental data for the hard rock cutting of cantilever roadheader.
