摘要 水力冲孔增透是煤矿瓦斯治理的一种重要技术手段,为了解决中深孔水力冲孔施工效率低、存在冲孔盲区等问题,采用定向钻冲一体化成孔技术一次性完成定向钻孔和冲孔施工,以实现定点水力冲孔消突作业。分析了有线定向钻冲和无线定向钻冲一体化钻具的优劣势,阐述了其钻孔工艺及工作参数,并通过现场施工验证了采用定向钻冲一体化技术的成孔效果。 Hydraulic punching is an important technical means for gas control in coal mine.In order to solve the problems such as low efficiency of deep hole hydraulic punching construction and the existence of punching blind areas,used the integrated directional drilling and punching hole forming technology to complete directional drilling and punching construction at one time,so as to realize the fixed-point hydraulic punching outburst elimination operation.Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the wire directional drilling and punching and wireless directional drilling and punching integrated drilling tools,expounded its drilling technology and working parameters,and proved the hole forming effect of the directional drilling and punching integrated technology through on-site construction.
