摘要
针对矿用进口乳化液泵站泵头组件损坏后供货周期长且价格昂贵的问题,设计了一种高压大流量整体式泵头组件。根据综采工作面实际使用工况,对泵头组件结构进行优化;对阀芯及阀座进行理论受力计算及仿真分析,确定其安全系数满足设计要求,选用适宜材料;按设计要求完成样机制造,经现场工业性试验检验,可实现进口及国产高端乳化液泵站泵头组件的低成本替代。
Aiming at the problem of long supply period and high price after the pump head assembly of the imported emulsion pump station was damaged,a high pressure and large flow integral pump head assembly was designed.According to the actual working conditions of fully mechanized coal face,the structure of pump head assembly was optimized,the theoretical force calculation and simulation analysis of valve spool and seat were carried out,and the factor of safety meets the design requirements and suitable materials was selected.According to the design requirements,the prototype manufacturing has been completed,and after on-site industrial test verification,the low-cost replacement of the pump head assembly of high-end emulsion pump station can be realized.
