煤矿通风系统智能化改造研究

摘要 针对当前生产煤矿智能化改造的需求,在通风系统智能化改造建设中,根据生产矿井现有通风系统中主通风设备及其配套附属设施、井下风门、自动风窗、局扇等设备现状,进行通风系统智能化改造中矿井通风环境参数智能感知系统、风门自动化及远程控制系统、自动风窗及风量远程定量调控系统、智能通风管控平台等系统的设计,提出了通风系统智能化主要技术指标要求。通过对指标改造有利于实现减员、高效、可靠、安全的智能通风目标。 In view of the needs of the intelligent transformation of the current production coal mine,in the construction of the intelligent transformation of the ventilation system,according to the current status of the main ventilation equipment and its auxiliary facilities,underground damper,automatic wind window,local fan and other equipment in the existing ventilation system of the production mine,the designs of intelligent sensing system of the ventilation environment parameters of the mine,damper automation and remote control system,automatic wind window and remote quantitative control system of air volume,intelligent ventilation control platform,etc.were carried out in the intelligent transformation of the ventilation system,and put forward the main technical index requirements of intelligent ventilation system.It was beneficial to realize the intelligent ventilation index of reducing staff,high efficiency,reliability and safety through standard modification.
