摘要 在煤炭资源开采过程中,基于安全考虑,需要在采面留下保护煤柱用来支撑顶板。根据地质条件的不同,各个矿井预留煤柱厚度也不尽相同,煤柱的留存会导致开采率的下降。沿空留巷是在采空区边缘机巷侧重新设置支撑(一般为砼墙),保留机巷作为下一个工作面的回风巷使用。门式液压支架应用在沿空留巷工作面中用来临时支护巷道。对门式液压支架进行结构设计和强度分析,并介绍了其应用工艺和操作安全规程。 In the process of mining coal resources,based on safety considerations,it is necessary to leave protective coal pillars at the mining face to support the roof.According to different geological conditions,the thickness of the reserved coal pillars varies from mine to mine,and the retention of coal pillars leads to a decline in mining efficiency.Retaining roadway along goaf is to reinstall support(usually concrete wall)on the side of the machine roadway at the edge of the goaf,and reserve the machine roadway as the return air roadway for the next working face.Portal supports are used to temporarily support roadway in retaining roadway along goaf working face.The structure design and strength analysis of the portal hydraulic support were carried out,and the application process and operation safety regulations were introduced.
