基于DSI算法的工作面煤层精准三维建模技术

摘要 为解决由于地质条件变化造成智能综采设备截割轨迹不准确而无法高效运转的问题,以布尔台煤矿42150工作面为例,采取基于离散平滑插值(DSI)算法的透明地质煤层三维建模技术进行相关研究。该技术通过收集工作面地质资料、地震槽波勘探、坑透勘探数据、测斜地质钻孔资料,将其与三维地震勘探成果耦合再解译,获得透明地质信息数据,利用DSI算法,完成静态建模。通过对3种插值算法的对比可知,DSI是最优算法。为提高静态建模的准确度,利用修正点对静态模型进行修正,建立动态模型;利用动态模型计算不同修正点位的平均绝对误差,确定最佳修正距离。结果表明:DSI算法能够有效降低平均绝对误差,平均绝对误差0.0145 m;工作面每回采5 m采集修正点修正1次,能够确保误差小于0.062 m,保证截割路线的精确度,实现自适应回采。 In order to solve the problem that the cutting track of intelligent fully mechanized mining equipment is not accurate and can not operate efficiently due to the change of geological conditions,the transparent geological coal seam 3D modeling technology based on discrete smooth interpalation(DSI)algorithm was adopted,and the 42150 working face of Bu'ertai coal mine was taken as an example to carry out relevant research.By collecting geological data of working face,seismic in-seam wave exploration data,pit penetration exploration data and survey geological borehole data,the technology couples with three-dimensional seismic exploration results and then interpretes to obtain transparent geological information data,uses DSI algorithm to complete static modeling.The comparison of three interpolation algorithms shows that DSI is the best algorithm.In order to improve the accuracy of static modeling,the static model was modified by using the correction points,and the dynamic model was established.The average absolute error of different correction points was calculated by dynamic model,and the optimal correction distance was determined.The results show that DSI algorithm can effectively reduce the average absolute error,which is 0.0145 m.The collection correction point of the working face is corrected every 5 m,which can ensure that the error is less than 0.062 m,ensure the accuracy of the cutting route and realize adaptive mining.
