某300 MW抽水蓄能机组双机甩负荷过渡过程试验

摘要 以某300 MW抽水蓄能机组为例,开展一管双机机组水轮机工况甩负荷典型大波动过渡过程试验,验证一管双机甩负荷机组最大转速、蜗壳最大水压及尾水进口真空度等关键指标均满足设计要求。此机组是国内首次采用13叶片转轮与333.3转/min转速组合,将13叶片转轮机组的过渡过程中实测数据与仿真计算结果进行对比分析,为后续抽蓄机组采用13叶片及333.3转/min转速组合的优化设计和推动叶片优化设计的基础理论研究提供参考。 Taking a 300 MW pumped storage unit as an example,the typical large fluctuation transient test of a single-tube double-unit turbine load rejection was carried out,it is verified that the maximum speed,the maximum water pressure of the volute and the vacuum degree of the tail water inlet of the double-pipe load rejection unit all meet the design requirements.It is the first time to adopt 13-blade runner and 333.3 rpm sub-speed combination in China.Based on the load rejection test data of two engines,the load rejection of two engines is calculated as the moment of inertia,the result of calculation meets the design value.At the same time,the field test data of the 13-blade turbine unit during the transition process are compared with the simulation results,it provides a reference for the optimal design of 13-blade and 333.3rpm combination and the basic theory research of Blade optimal design.
