承德“6·17”地震对双峰寺水库大坝安全影响的分析 被引量:1

摘要 双峰寺水库拦河坝为碾压混凝土重力坝,最大坝高50 m,2019年开始下闸蓄水,2021年进入运行期,坝址距离2021年6月17日承德3.0级地震震中约6.3 km,地震发生时坝区有轻微震感。大坝建设期间埋设有位移和渗流等多种自动化监测设施,当前自动化监测系统运行正常。采集完备的监测资料,对地震前后坝基沉降和水平位移变形及坝基扬压水位监测数据进行处理分析评价,结果表明监测数据无异常变化,本次地震对大坝未造成明显不利影响,水库大坝运行安全稳定。 The dam of Shuangfengsi Reservoir is a Roller-compacted concrete gravity dam with a maximum height of 50m.In 2019,the dam began to fill with water and the 2021 entered its operational period.The dam is located about 6.3 km from the epicenter of the magnitude 3.0 earthquake that 2021 Chengde on June 17,there was a slight tremor in the dam area when the earthquake occurred.Many kinds of automatic monitoring equipment such as displacement and seepage are embedded in the dam during its self-construction period.The current automatic monitoring system is in normal operation,and complete monitoring data have been collected,in this paper,the settlement and horizontal displacement of dam foundation before and after earthquake as well as the monitoring data of uplift water level of dam foundation are analyzed and evaluated,the earthquake did not cause obvious adverse effects on the dam,reservoir dam operation safety and stability.
