摘要
基于智能浮标设备,研发了集流速流向自动采集、实时收发、数据服务等功能,适用于超标准洪水、山洪灾害、城市防汛应急监测的电脑手机双端测报系统,提出并确定了不同流速级及不同过水断面条件下,平原区及山丘区型河流智能浮标法的流速流量率定系数。
Based on intelligent buoy equipment,we have developed functions such as automatic collection of flow velocity and direction,real-time sending and receiving,and data services,suitable for computer and mobile phone dual terminal measurement and reporting systems for exceeding flood standards,mountain flood disasters,and urban flood prevention emergency monitoring.Propose and determine the velocity and flow rate calibration coefficients of the intelligent buoy method for rivers in plain and hilly areas under different flow velocity levels and different water flow cross-section conditions.
