地铁闸门控制装置测试平台设计及实现

摘要 为解决地铁闸门运维效率低,花费人力成本高的问题,以闸门业务需求为基础,设计并实现了地铁闸门控制测试平台。该测试平台能够模拟乘客的不同过闸行为,验证地铁闸门的冲击力、锁止力、扇门开闭时间、偏移角度。将设计的地铁闸门控制装置测试平台进行功能性测试与验证,结果表明该平台能够更为直观、准确地在人机交互界面显示测试结果,降低测试的成本和难度。这为地铁闸门提供了更加快捷、高效、实用的方案。 To solve the problems of low efficiency and high labor cost in the operation and maintenance of subway gates,a subway gate control testing platform was designed and implemented based on the needs of gate business.This testing platform can simulate different behaviors of passengers passing through the gate;verify the impact force,locking force,door opening and closing time,and deviation angle of the subway gate.The functional testing and verification of the designed subway gate control device testing platform shows that the platform can display test results more intuitively and accurately on the human-computer interaction interface,reducing the cost and difficulty of testing.This provides a faster,more efficient and practical solution for subway gates.
