不同长度梯度压力袜对剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓的影响

Effect of different length gradient compression stockings on lower limb deep vein thrombosis after cesarean delivery

目的:研究不同长度梯度压力袜对剖宫产术后产妇下肢深静脉血栓的影响。方法:选取临泉县人民医院2019年1月-2022年1月收治的83例接受剖宫产的产妇,根据术后干预手段分为A组(n=41)和B组(n=42)。A组佩戴短梯度压力袜,B组佩戴长梯度压力袜。对比两组凝血指标、血液流速指标、下肢静脉血栓发生率差异。结果:两组干预后凝血指标、血液流速指标、下肢静脉血栓发生率相近(P>0.05)。结论:短梯度压力袜和长梯度压力袜预防剖宫产术后产妇下肢深静脉血栓的效果相同。

Objective:To study the effect of gradient pressure stockings on lower extremity thrombosis after cesarean section.Methods:83 maternal cases undergoing cesarean sections admitted to Linquan County People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into Group A(n=41)and Group B(n=42)according to the postoperative intervention methods.Group A wore short gradient pressure stockings,and Group B wore long gradient pressure stockings.The coagulation index,blood flow rate index and lower extremity venous thrombosis incidence difference were compared.Results:The incidence of coagulation index,blood velocity index and lower extremity venous thrombosis were similar after the two intervention groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Short gradient pressure socks and long gradient pressure socks have the same effect of preventing maternal deep vein thrombosis after cesarean section.
