心理韧性在CHF患者负性情绪与自护能力间的中介效应

Mediating effect of psychological resilience between negative emotion and self-care ability in patients with CHF

目的:探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心理韧性、负性情绪及自护能力之间的关系。方法:采用医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)和Corner-Davidson韧性量表(CD-RISC)对180例CHF患者进行问卷调查。结果:HAD评分与ESCA、CD-RISC评分呈负相关(P<0.01),ESCA评分与CD-RISC评分呈正相关(P<0.01)。心理韧性在CHF患者负性情绪与自护能力之间有部分中介作用,效应值为14.08%。结论:CHF患者负性情绪与自护能力呈负相关,心理韧性为中介变量在其中起部分中介作用。

Objective:To investigate the correlation of psychological resilience,negative emotions and self-care ability in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:180 patients with CHF were investigated using the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HAD),the Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)scale and the Corner Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC).Results:The HAD score was negatively correlated with ESCA score and CD-RISC score(P<0.01),and the ESCA score was positively correlated with CD-RISC score(P<0.01).Psychological resilience played a partially mediating role between negative emotion and self-care ability of CHF patients,with an effective value of 14.08%.Conclusion:Negative emotion of CHF patients is negatively correlated with their self-care ability,and psychological resilience plays a partially mediating role between them.
