基于共情理念的剖宫产腹部瘢痕精细化管理研究

A study on the refinement of abdominal scar care for cesarean delivery based on the concept of empathy

目的:本研究旨在探索共情理念下的精细化管理在剖宫产瘢痕美容管理中的应用。方法:选取2021年2月至2021年11月的60例剖宫产后瘢痕美容修复患者,分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组接受常规心理支持,观察组接受基于共情理念的精细化管理。结果:观察组在心理复原力、主观幸福感和瘢痕改善有效率上均优于对照组,且瘢痕修复评分较低,差异具有统计学意义。结论:基于共情理念的精细化管理有助于提高剖宫产后瘢痕美容修复患者的心理复原力和主观幸福感,同时能降低瘢痕修复评分,提高瘢痕改善有效率。

Objective:The aim of this study is to explore the application of fine management under the concept of empathy in cesarean section scar beautification management.Methods:Sixty patients who underwent scar beautification and repair after cesarean section from February 2021 to November 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,each with 30 cases.The control group received conventional psychological support,while the observation group received fine management based on the concept of empathy.Results:The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of psychological resilience,subjective well-being,and the effectiveness of scar improvement,and the scar repair scores were lower,with a statistically significant difference.Conclusion:Refined management based on the concept of empathy can help to enhance the psychological resilience and subjective well-being of patients undergoing scar beautification and repair after cesarean section,while reducing the scar repair score and improving the effectiveness of scar improvement.
