摘要
目的检测鹧鸪茶挥发性成分的组成与叶片形态的相关性。方法采用顶空固相微萃取-气质联用技术对4种不同叶形鹧鸪茶中的化学成分进行鉴定,并结合峰面积归一法确定各组分的含量。结果4种不同叶片形态鹧鸪茶共鉴定出78种挥发性化合物,包括60种萜烯类、4种醛类、9种醇类、4种烷类和一种呋喃类。结论不同叶形鹧鸪茶挥发性化合物的种类及含量存在差异;其中,卵圆形叶中石竹烯、β-波旁烯等抗肿瘤活性化合物的含量最高,其药理功能较好;研究结果为鹧鸪茶优良品质的选育提供了理论依据。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the influence of different kinds of leaf shapes on volatile components in Mallotus oblongifolius(Miq.)Muell.Arg.METHODS Headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography was used to identify the chemical components in four different leaf shapes of M.oblongifolius,and the content of each component was determined by combining with the peak area normalization method.RESULTS A total of 78 volatile compounds,including 60 terpenes,4 aldehydes,9 alcohols,4 alkanes and one furan,were identified in four diferent leaf forms of M.oblongifolius.CONCLUSION Leaf morphology has a certain effect on the type as well as the content of volatile components of M.oblongifolius.Among them,the content of anticancer active compounds such as caryophyllene and β-bourbonene in the ovoid leaves is the highest,and their pharmacological functions are better.The results of the study provide theoretical basis for the selection and breeding of the excellent quality of M.oblongifolius.
