摘要
为研究高位转换对部分框支剪力墙高层建筑结构抗震性能的影响,本文结合一栋B级高度公寓建筑,分别从转换层位置高度不同、转换层位于裙房顶和裙房顶上一层位置两个方面进行分析。结果表明:1)转换层位置越高或转换层位于裙房顶上一层位置时,转换层的层剪力分配由剪力墙向框支柱转移,框支柱的剪力分配比例越高,承担的倾覆力矩增长的越快,转换层中框支柱的受力越不利;2)转换层与相邻上层的刚度比越小,结构越易形成软弱层;并在计算分析的基础上对此类结构提出了相应的加强措施。本文成果可为设置高位转换的部分框支剪力墙结构设计提供一定的参考。
In order to study the influence of high-level transfer on the seismic performance of high-rise buildings with partially framed shear wall structure,a B-height apartment building is combined to analyze from two aspects:the conversion layer is located in different heights,and the conversion layer is located on the roof of the skirt building and the upper layer above the roof of the skirt building.The results show that:1)When the position of the conversion layer is higher or the conversion layer is located on the upper layer above the roof of the skirt building,the layer shear distribution of the conversion layer is transferred from the shear wall to the frame pillar,the higher the shear force distribution ratio of the frame pillar,the faster the overturning moment grows,and the more unfavorable the force of the frame pillar in the conversion layer;2)The smaller the stiffness ratio between the conversion layer and the adjacent upper layer,the easier it is for the structure to form a soft layer.On the basis of computational analysis,corresponding strengthening measures are proposed for such structures.The research results can provide a certain reference for the structural design of partially frame-supported shear walls with high-level transfer.
