摘要
在实际生产中,球团配料控制大多通过手动调整来实现的,这种方式很大程度上依赖于操作人员的操作水平和经验。为了减少手动操控对球团矿质量的影响,本文结合球团配料生产的自身特点,基于矿石单烧理论展开研究,根据球团矿的化学成分指标要求,建立数学模型,在成分不满足目标成分要求时按照制定的调整方案配比进行调整,最终达到自动优化控制球团配料的目的。本文成果可为球团配料优化控制提供一定的借鉴与参考。
In actual production,pellet charge control is mostly achieved through manual adjustment,which largely depends on the operator’s operating level and experience.In order to reduce the influence of manual control on the quality of pellet,the characteristics of pellet charge production is combined,based on the single ore burning theory,according to the requirements of the chemical composition index of pellet,a mathematical model is established,and the ratio is adjusted according to the formulated adjustment scheme when the components do not meet the requirements of the target components,and finally the purpose of automatic optimization and control of pellet charge is achieved.The results can provide a certain reference for optimal control of pellet accessory.
