摘要
远海岛礁施工地点远离大陆,砂、石、水泥、淡水等施工材料运输受季风、台风影响大,运输供给困难。为缓解运输压力、降低运费,本文以海岛重载地面部分施工段为工程背景,就地取材采用珊瑚礁砂、普通硅酸盐水泥、海水为原材料,铺设水稳层。施工数据表明:珊瑚礁砂水稳层抗渗性和抗压强度均能达到设计预期。本文成果可为岛礁环境条件下的工程建设提供一定的借鉴和参考。
The construction site of offshore islands and reefs is far from the mainland,and the transportation of sand,stone,cement,fresh water and other construction materials is greatly affected by monsoon and typhoon,while the transportation and supply are difficult.In order to alleviate the transportation pressure and reduce the freight,the construction section of the heavy ground part of the island is taken as the engineering background,while coral reef sand,ordinary portland cement and seawater are taken as raw materials to lay a cement stabilizing layer.The construction data show that the impermeability and compressive strength of the coral reef sand cement stabilizing layer can meet the design expectation.The results can provide a certain reference for engineering construction under the environmental condition of islands and reefs.
