应用磁测法快速检测石英砂中铁含量的研究

STUDY ON RAPID DETERMINATION OF IRON CONTENTT IN QUARTZ SAND BY MAGNETIC MEASUREMENT

摘要 为了快速检测石英砂中铁含量,通过对安徽省凤阳县灵山工业园区30个湿法石英砂样品磁学参数和代表性样品中磁性离子含量的测量以及石英砂中铁含量与磁学参数相关关系的研究,提出石英砂中铁含量的磁学检测方法。通过在高纯石英砂中掺入不同质量磁选物的合成实验建立石英砂的磁化率(χ)、饱和等温剩磁(SIRM)与铁元素含量之间的标准曲线方程,合成实验结果显示石英砂的磁化率与铁含量在143.3×10^(-6)~500.0×10^(-6)范围内呈线性关系,相关系数R^(2)=0.9945,饱和等温剩磁与铁含量在67.9×10^(-6)~500.0×10^(-6)范围内呈线性关系,相关系数R^(2)=0.9992。实例检测结果显示,应用χ和SIRM测量石英砂中铁含量与应用分光光度法测量相比,相对误差分别在-9.83%~3.03%之间和-4.91%~2.42%之间,说明采用磁测法测量石英砂中铁含量是可行的,测量精度良好,采用SIRM测量精度较χ高,对石英砂进行700℃高温处理后,测量精度会增加。该研究为石英砂中铁含量的快速检测提供了一种新方法,缩短检测时间,减少化学药品对环境的污染,在石英砂质量监控领域具有重要的应用价值。 Based on the measurement of magnetic parameters and magnetic ion content in representative samples of 30 wet quartz sand samples in Lingshan Industrial Park,Fengyang County,Anhui province,and on the study of correlation between iron content and magnetic parameters,a magnetic detection method for iron content in quartz sand was proposed for rapid detection of iron content in quartz sand.The standard curve equation among magnetic susceptibility(χ),saturation isothermal remanence(SIRM)and iron content of quartz sand is established through the synthesis experiment of high purity quartz sand mixed with magnetic separations of different masses.The results of the synthesis experiment show that the magnetic susceptibility of quartz sand has a linear relation with iron content in the range of 143.3×10^(-6)-500.0×10^(-6)with a correlation coefficient R^(2)=0.9945,and saturation isothermal remanence has a linear relationship with iron content in the range of 67.9×10^(-6)-500.0×10^(-6)with a correlation coefficient R^(2)=0.9992.The test results show that,compared with the spectrophotometry test method,the relative errors ofχand SIRM in the measurement of iron content in quartz sand are between-9.83%to 3.03%and-4.91%to 2.42%,respectively,indicating that the magnetic measurement method is feasible and has good measurement accuracy.The measurement accuracy of SIRM is higher than that ofχ,and the measurement accuracy increases after the quartz sand is treated at 700℃.This study provides a new method for the rapid detection of iron content in quartz sand and it shortens the detection time and reduces the pollution of chemicals to the environment.Therefore,this study has an important application value in the field of quartz sand quality monitoring.
