摘要
给出了2种事故氯吸收装置处理能力的计算方法。鉴于事故氯气的处理理念由快速扩散、保护现场工作人员升级为阻止自由扩散、缩小影响范围、集中安全处理,提出选用第2种计算方法。该方法在满足规范要求的前提下,兼顾了企业的投资成本和运行成本。
Two calculation methods for the processing capacity of accident chlorine absorption devices are provided.The original concept for handling chlorine gas in accidents was to quickly spread and protect on-site workers.The current handling philosophy is to prevent free spread,narow the scope of influence,and concentrate on safe handling.Therefore,the author suggests using the second calculation method.This method takes into account both the investment and operation costs of the enterprise while meeting regulatory requirements.
