摘要
目的:探讨基于PBL的翻转课堂在医学文献检索课教学中的应用效果。方法:选取牡丹江医学院临床专业学生120名,随机分为试验组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用基于PBL的翻转课堂教法。课程结束后通过期末考试及问卷调查方法,比较两种教学法的应用效果。结果:试验组学生的理论考核、上机操作、实习报告及总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);问卷调查显示:试验组学生在促进知识理解与记忆能力、提高学习过程自我监控能力、提高问题分析与解决能力、增强学习资源管理与利用能力以及培养团结协作精神方面的评价明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于PBL的翻转课堂教学法可有效提高医学文献检索课的教学质量,应用效果良好。
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning(PBL)-based flipped classroom approach in teaching medical literature retrieval.Methods:A total of 120 clinical major students from Mudanjiang Medical University were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=60)and a control group(n=60).The control group received traditional teaching,while the experimental group was taught using a PBL-based flipped classroom method.At the end of the course,the two teaching methods were compared in terms of course outcomes through final exams and a questionnaire survey.Results:Students in the experimental group outperformed the control group in theoretical assessments,computer-based practical sklls,internship reports,and overall scores(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey revealed that students in the experimental group had significantly higher ratings than the control group in areas such as promoting knowledge understanding and memory capacity,enhancing self-monitoring of the learning process,improving problem analysis and problem-solving abilities,enhancing learning resource management and utilization,and fostering teamwork and collaboration(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PBL-based flipped classroom teaching method effectively enhances the quality of medical literature retrieval course teaching,with good application outcomes.
