摘要
设计思维因其强调以人为本,运用可复制的步骤获得颠覆性的解决方案契合创新型医学人才的培养需求。借助设计思维方法论体系优化组织学与胚胎学混合式教学,拓宽了专业课程教师的创新思维,培养了医学生创造性学习能力。设计思维的融入有效应对了基础医学一流本科课程建设面临的挑战,为相关学科提供了值得借鉴的经验。
Design thinking,with its emphasis on a human-centered approach and using replicable steps to generate innovative solutions,aligns with the needs of nurturing innovative medical talents.By employing the methodology of design thinking,the hybrid teaching of histology and embryology was optimized,expanding the innovative thinking of course instructors and fostering the creative learning capabilities of outstanding medical students.The integration of design thinking effectively addresses the challenges faced in constructing first-class undergraduate courses in basic medical sciences,providing valuable insights for related disciplines.
