虚拟仿真实验教学平台在临床实践教学中的应用

Application of a Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching Platform in Clinical Practice Education

目的:探讨虚拟仿真实验教学平台在临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法:以我院2017级临床医学专业971名学生为研究对象,设为试验组。采用基于虚拟仿真实验教学平台的虚拟仿真项目自学训练,通过心肺复苏技能训练反馈系统提供的学生操作的实时反馈信息给予学生针对性、个性化的指导训练,并对学生进行课堂教学满意度调查和技能操作结构化考核,与2016级学生(对照组)考核成绩进行比较分析。结果:两组学生在课后考核成绩方面的差别有显著性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组学生对于虚拟仿真实验教学的满意度较高(97.6%)。结论:应用虚拟仿真实验教学平台进行临床技能实践教学可以更加全面、客观地对学生的学习成果进行评价,提高学习的时间和效率,并且更大程度地贴近临床。

Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness of a virtual simulation experiment teaching platform in clinical practice education.Methods:This study involved 971 students majoring in clinical medicine from the 2017 cohort at our university.We used a virtual self-learning training program based on the virtual simulation experiment teaching platform and a real-time feedback system for cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)skill training.This system provided students with personalized guidance based on real-time feedback.We conducted a classroom teaching satisfaction survey and structured skill assessments.The results were compared with the performance of students from the 2016 cohort.Results:There was a significant difference in post-class assessment scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Students in the experimental group showed high satisfaction(97.6%)with the virtual simulation experiment teaching.Conclusion:Using a virtual simulation experiment teaching platform for clinical skill practice education enables comprehensive and objective assessment of students'learning outcomes.It also enhances learning efficiency and better aligns with clinical practice.
