基于FreeRTOS系统的水果识别分拣

摘要 随着水果产业日益发展,农民对分拣水果的需求逐渐增大,传统的人工手动分拣的局限和分拣效率不高等难题逐渐暴露出来。针对这种现象,为了提高分拣水果的速度和质量问题,设计了出一款基于FreeRTPS实时操作系统的智能分拣水果平台,能较好地满足使用者对分拣水果的需求,并且解决效率低的问题,减轻工作人员的工作负担,保障及时将水果分拣到指定位置。此外,平台采用STM32和Arduino主控,K210深度摄像机模块作为水果识别模块,采用三角函数算法对水果具体位置进行抓取。实验表明,该智能水果分拣装置能顺利对已有设定识别的水果进行抓取分拣,实现分拣水果的目的。 With the increasing development of the fruit industry,farmers’demand for sorting fruits is gradually increasing,and the limitations of traditional manual sorting and low sorting efficiency are gradually exposed.In response to this phenomenon,in order to improve the speed and quality of fruit sorting,an intelligent fruit sorting platform based on FreeRTPS real-time operating system is designed,which can better meet the user’s demand for fruit sorting,and solve the low efficiency,reduce the work burden of the staff,and ensure that the fruit is sorted to designated position in time.Besides,the platform uses STM32 and Arduino as the main control module,K210 depth camera module as the fruit recognition module,and it uses trigonometric algorithm to grab the specific location of the fruit.Experiments show that the intelligent fruit sorting device can grasp and sort the established fruits smoothly and realize the purpose of fruit sorting.
