差模滤波在传导骚扰整改中的应用

摘要 介绍了差模的概念、差模干扰的抑制方法、传导骚扰测试实质和滤波原理。差模干扰是电磁兼容干扰中最为常见且危害较大的干扰,抑制差模干扰最直接的方法就是滤波。结合某电动产品传导骚扰测试具体案例,对1 MHz以内低频段传导骚扰不符合进行整改。在产品的电源输入端分别增加不同容量的X电容,测试其电源端骚扰电压。随着X电容容量增大干扰减小,因此可以通过增大X电容容量,增加差模滤波来抑制低频段传导骚扰。 The concept of differential mode,the suppression method of differential mode interference,the essence of conducting disturbance test and filtering principle are introduced.Differential mode interference is the most common and harmful interference in electromagnetic compatibility interference,and the most direct way to suppress differential mode interference is filtering.Combined with a specific case of conduction harassment test of an electric product,the non-compliance of low-frequency conduction harassment within 1 MHz is rectified.X capacitors of different capacities are added to the power input end of the product to test the disturbance voltage at the power supply end.As the X capacitance increases,the interference decreases,so the low-frequency conduction disturbance can be suppressed by increasing the X capacitance and adding differential mode filtering.
