摘要
以羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为原料,丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,通过物理化学双交联合成了负载镍金属有机骨架(Ni-MOF)的镍金属有机骨架@羧甲基纤维素/聚丙烯酰胺复合水凝胶(Ni-MOF@CMC/PAM)。采用FT-IR、XPS、TGA、SEM和EDS对水凝胶的结构、热稳定性能和表面形貌进行了表征,探究了CMC与AM摩尔比以及Ni-MOF用量对水凝胶机械性能和溶胀行为的影响。结果表明,Ni-MOF的引入提高了水凝胶的机械强度,其抗压强度由0.06MPa提高至0.64MPa,断裂应变达到88.94%。Ni-MOF@CMC/PAM水凝胶经100次循环后仍保持80%的高应力。水凝胶的溶胀率为11.98g/g,且在较宽pH范围和高浓度离子环境中具有稳定的溶胀性能。
The nickel metal-organic frameworks@carboxymethyl cellulose/polyacrylamide hydrogels(Ni-MOF@CMC/PAM)were prepared by physical-chemical double cross-linked method using carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)as raw material,acrylamide(AM)as the monomer and nickel metal-organic framework(Ni-MOF)as loading particles.The structure,thermal stability and morphologies of hydrogels were characterized by FT-IR,XPS,TGA,SEM and EDS.The effect of CMC/AM molar ratios and Ni-MOF dosages on the mechanical properties and swelling behavior of hydrogels were investigated.The introduction of Ni-MOF elevated the mechanical strength of the hydrogel.The compressive strength of hydrogel was increased from 0.06 to 0.64 MPa and its fracture strain reached to 88.94%.The Ni-MOF@CMC/PAM hydrogel still maintained 80%high stress after 100 cycles.The swelling rate of Ni-MOF@CMC/PAM hydrogel was 11.98 g/g and retained stable swelling properties in the solutions with wide pH and high ionic concentrations.
