摘要
海藻寡糖是海藻多糖的降解产物,因其具有良好的溶解性和独特的生物活性,在食品、农业和医疗等领域具有广泛、重要的应用价值。综述了5种代表性海藻寡糖——褐藻胶寡糖(AOS)、岩藻寡糖(FOS)、琼胶寡糖(AGOS)、卡拉胶寡糖(COS)、浒苔寡糖(EOS)的化学法制备技术,并对海藻寡糖化学法降解制备技术的发展趋势进行了分析。
As the degradation products from seaweed polysaccharides,seaweed oligosaccharides have potentially and widely applied in the fields of food,agricultural and medical,due to their good solubility and bioavailability properties.The chemical methods for preparing five types of seaweed oligosaccharides,including alginate oligosaccharides(AOS),fucoidan oligosaccharides(FOS),agar oligosaccharides(AGOS),carrageenan oligosaccharides(COS)and enteromorpha oligosaccharides(EOS)were reviewed.Additionally,the development on the method of preparing seaweed oligosaccharide through chemical degradation was forecasted.
