摘要
针对常规超哑肤感饰面板涂装工艺复杂、生产效率低、生产过程释放有机挥发物、肤感效果不够柔滑细腻的问题,通过底漆采用紫外光(UV)固化涂料、面漆采用电子束(EB)固化涂料的涂装工艺,制得具备柔滑细腻肤感效果的超哑肤感浸渍胶膜纸双饰面刨花板。同时,制定了多维度可量化的超哑肤感饰面板产品表面性能评价标准,解决了超哑肤感板饰面缺乏统一量化评价标准的问题,为超哑肤感饰面板的生产、销售和推广使用提供参考。
To address the issues of complex processe,low production efficiency,VOC emissions during production,and insufficiently smooth and delicate tactile effects of the conventional super-matte skin-feel decorative wood-based panels coating processes,a coating process was developed for the super-matte skin-feel decorative particleboard with paper impregnated thermosetting resin.The primer of this coating process used ultraviolet(UV)curing coating,and the topcoat used electron beam(EB)curing coating.The super-matte skin-feel decorative particleboard had a smooth and delicate tactile effect.Simultaneously,a multidimensional and quantifiable product performance evaluation standard was established for sthe super-matte skin-feel decorative wood-based panels.The standard solved the problem of lack of unified quantitative evaluation standards for super-matte skin-feel decorative wood-based panels and provided references for the production,sales,and promotion of super-matte skin-feel decorative wood-based panels.
