摘要
对于风光发电制氢系统来说,其供电系统也是必不可少的关键环节。现有供电技术多采用交流输电方式,给直流负荷供电时电力变换级数多,涉及设备较多,且需要配备无功补偿装置,经济性较差。针对上述问题,本文以某风光发电制绿氢项目为依托,对风光发电制氢供电系统进行设计与研究。整个供电系统采用直流输电方案,系统中的核心设备大功率直流变压器采用模块化设计,子模块采用谐振型双有源桥直流变换器拓扑,控制策略采用适合工程应用的单重移相控制。同时,根据光伏、风机、储能电池及电解槽的设备特性进行等效,利用PSCAD/EMTDC搭建系统仿真模型,以此对风光发电制氢供电系统的稳态运行特性进行分析。从仿真模型的稳态运行结果可以看出,储能系统可以稳定的建立直流母线电压,各端口高压侧的直流电压稳定,各DCT的输出功率与设置的功率基本相同。负荷侧的AWE电解槽和PEM电解槽供电电源稳定,且纹波系数可以控制在0.1%以下,完全满足电解槽对供电电源的要求。
The power supply system for hydrogen production system for the wind and solar power generation is an essential link.The existing power supply technology mostly adopts AC power transmission mode and,in case of supplying power to DC load,has multiple number of power conversion poles,involves multiple equipment and needs provision of reactive power compensation device,which has weak economic result.In view of above issue,based on a green hydrogen production project of wind and solar power generation in this paper,the hydrogen production power supply system of wind and solar power generation is designed and studied.The whole power supply system adopts a DC transmission scheme,and high-power DC trans-former,the core equipment in the system,adopts a modular design.The sub modules utilize a resonant dual active bridge DC converter(LLC-DAB)topology,and the control strategy employs a single-phase-shift(SPS)control,which is suitable for engineering applications.At the same time,based on the equivalent equipment characteristics of photovoltaic,wind turbines,energy storage batteries and electrolytic cells,a system sim-ulation model is set up by using PSCAD/EMTDC to analyze the steady-state operating characteristics of the hydrogen production power supply system for wind and solar power generation.It can be seen from the steady-state operation result of the simulation model that the energy storage system can stably set up DC busbar voltage,the DC voltage at high voltage side of each port is stable and the output power of each DCT is basically identical to that of the set power.Moreover,the power supply of both AWE and PEM electrolytic cells are stable and the ripple coefficient is controlled under 0.1%,which can fully meet the requirement of the electrolytic cell to the power supply.
