摘要
径流式小水电群的季节性波动引发了水电供区的电压质量问题。本文提出了一种基于BSVR的电压治理措施及其优化配置方法。首先,依据BSVR改善电压特性的基本原理,定性地筛选出3个待优化变量;然后,针对经济、技术性指标的优化及约束,建立了包含系统有功、无功损耗及平均电压偏差在内的多目标优化模型;最后,利用NSGA II算法对该模型进行量化求解,实现了BSVR安装位置、额定容量及电压参考值的联合寻优。算例结果表明,本文使用的NSGA II算法可以稳定可靠的获取BSVR的优化配置参数,基于此配置参数可经济高效的解决水电供区的电压质量问题。
The seasonal fluctuations of run-off small hydro power clusters have caused voltage quality problems in hydro-power supply areas.A kind of BSVR-based voltage management measure and its optimal configuration method is proposed in this paper.Firstly,three variables to be optimized are qualitatively screened out in accordance with the basic principle of BSVR to improve voltage characteristics.Then,aiming at the optimization and constraints of economic and technical indicators,a multi-objective optimization model including system active power,reactive power loss and average voltage deviation is set up.Finally,the NSGA II algorithm is used to quantitatively solve the model,and the joint optimization of BSVR installation position,rated capacity and voltage reference value is achieved.The calculation example results show that the NSGA II algorithm used in this paper can obtain the optimal configuration parameters of BSVR stably and reliably and,based on this configuration parameter,the voltage quality problem of the hydro power supply area can be solved cost-effectively and efficiently.
