命运共同体视角下校企共建共管产业学院研究

Exploration of School-Enterprise Co-Management in Industrial Colleges from the Perspective of a Community with a Shared Future

产教融合、校企合作是职业教育的基本办学模式,而产业学院作为校企合作的一种新形式和新形态,对于推动产教深度融合具有重要的意义。当前产业学院在建设过程中存在校企合作深度不足、运行治理机制不完善、校企文化脱节等诸多问题。文章在总结近几年产业学院建设的政策依据和实践成果的基础上,对产业学院的建设和发展中出现的问题进行总结分析,从命运共同体视角出发提出了产业学院建设的路径和对策,从而推动职业教育产业学院高质量发展。

The integration of industry and education,as well as school-enterprise cooperation,constitutes the fundamental operational model of vocational education.Meanwhile,the industrial college,as a new form of school-enterprise collaboration,holds significant importance in promoting the deep integration of industry and education.Currently,during the establishment of industrial colleges,there are various issues such as insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation,imperfect operational governance mechanisms,and a disconnect in school-enterprise culture.This article,based on a summary of the policy basis and practical achievements in the construction of industrial colleges in recent years,analyzes the problems encountered in the construction and development of industrial colleges.Taking the perspective of a community with a shared future,it puts forward the construction path and countermeasures for industrial college development,thereby promoting the high-quality development of vocational education in industrial colleges.
