摘要
为了解忍冬愈伤组织形成过程相关基因的表达差异,对愈伤组织形成的3个时期样本进行转录组测序并比较分析。结果表明,从3个组织共获得83120条单基因(unigene),其中58668条单基因在Nr、COG等7个数据库中获得注释。与5d样本相比,10d样本上调表达3829个基因,下调表达3197个基因;15d样本上调表达4726个基因,下调表达7492个基因。基因调控通路分析表明,忍冬愈伤组织形成过程可能与“转运和分解代谢”“信号转导”“折叠、分类和降解”“定位”“碳水化合物代谢”和“环境适应”等过程有关。本实验为忍冬愈伤组织形成分子机制的相关研究提供参考。
To understand the information of differentially expressed genes of callus formation in Lonicera japonica Thunb.,the transcriptome of the three developmental stages of callus formation were sequenced by Illumina sequencing technology.The results showed that there were 83120 unigenes obtained,among which 58668 unigenes were annotated in seven databases.Compared with 5d sample,there were 3829 genes up-regulated significantly and 3197 genes down-regulated significantly in 10d sample,and 4726 genes up-regulated significantly and 7492 genes down-regulated significantly in 15d sample.The results of gene regulation pathways showed that the callus formation in L.japonica Thunb.was correlated with transportation and catabolism,signal transduction,folding,sorting and degradation,global and overview maps,carbohydrate metabolism,and environmental adaptation.This study has provided reference for the study on the molecular mechanism of callus formation in L.japonica Thunb.
