金天格胶囊治疗骨骼关节疾病的安全性Meta分析

Safety of Jintiange capsule in treating bone and joint diseases:a Meta⁃analysis

目的系统评价金天格胶囊用于各类骨骼关节疾病治疗的用药安全性。方法检索建库至2021年11月1日的维普中文科技期刊、万方数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、PubMed、ScienceDirect数据库,并手工检索相关期刊。收集金天格胶囊用于各类骨骼关节疾病治疗的临床研究,筛选出合格的文章,采用Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具和Jadad量表评估纳入文献的研究质量。采用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan 5.3.5软件进行Meta分析。结果共检索出96篇文献,经筛选最终纳入40篇临床研究文献,共涉及4319例患者。纳入的40篇文献均进行了观察组与对照组不良反应的比较,各研究结果之间具有同质性(I2=29%,P=0.05)。观察组的安全性高于对照组[Z=3.75,P=0.0002,OR=0.68,95%CI(0.56,0.83)]。漏斗图表明试验研究散布在竖线的两边,分布比较均匀,未有发表偏倚。结论金天格胶囊应用于各类骨骼关节疾病均能有效改善患者症状,促进患者用药安全,具有较高临床推广价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical safety of Jintiange capsule in the treatment of diseases of the bone and joints.Methods Five electronic databases including the China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),Wanfang Data,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),PubMed,and ScienceDirect database were retrieved from their inception to November 1,2021.And relevant journals were manually retrieved.Clinical studies on Jintiange capsule for the treatment of diseases of the bone and joints were collected.The quality of the included literatures was evaluated by the Cochrane risk bias assessment tool and the Jadad scale.Meta‑analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3.5 software provided by the Cochrane Collaboration.Results A total of 96 literatures were retrieved,and 40 literatures(4319 patients)were included in this study.Adverse reactions of Jintiange capsule were compared between the study group and control group in these 40 literatures.There was homogeneity between research results(I2=29%,P=0.05).The safety of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(Z=3.75,P=0.0002;OR=0.68,95%CI:0.56,0.83).The funnel plot showed that the experimental relsearches were scattered on both sides of the vertical line with a relatively uniform distribution,and there was no publication bias of these studies.Conclusion Jintiange capsule can effectively improve the symptoms and is safe for patients with diseases of the bone and joints,and has high chinical promotion value.
