摘要
目的探讨出院准备服务在肝胆肿瘤术后老年患者康复中的作用。方法选取2020年3月至2021年1月在海军军医大学第三附属医院特需诊疗科行肝胆肿瘤切除手术的120例老年患者为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组按肝胆肿瘤术后常规护理进行出院准备,观察组进行个性化的出院准备护理服务并进行随访。采用出院准备量表(RHDS)、照顾者准备量表(CPS)、生活质量调查表(SF‑36)对其进行测评。结果观察组RHDS评分、CPS评分、SF‑36评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论出院准备服务对肝胆肿瘤老年患者术后康复有明显的促进效果,能够提高患者和其照顾者的出院准备度及患者的生活质量。医护人员应不断提升出院准备服务技能,提高患者出院的康复护理效果。
Objective To explore the role of discharge preparation services in the rehabilitation of elderly patients with hepatobiliary tumors after surgery.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients who underwent hepatobiliary tumor resection in the Department of VIP Medicine of The Third Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from March 2020 to January 2021 were enrolled.They were assigned to control group or observation group with 60 patients in each group.The control group was prepared for discharge according to postoperative routine nursing for hepatobiliary tumor patients,while the observation group received personalized nursing interventions for discharge preparation and follow‑up.A questionnaire survey was performed in these patients using readiness for hospital dischange scale(RHDS),caregiver preparedness scale(CPS),and short form 36 questionnaire(SF‑36).Results The scores of RHDS,CPS,and SF‑36 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Discharge preparation services have a significant promoting effect on the postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with hepatobiliary tumors.It can improve the dischange readiness of patiants and their caregivers and the quality of life of patients.Medical staff should continuously improve their skills in discharge preparation services and rehabilitation nursing after discharge.
