摘要
为获取全动V形尾翼结构的载荷-时间历程,优化结构维修期,本文创新性地提出一种面向批产的全动V形尾翼载荷标定试验方法,通过改进加载方式与应变电桥的数据采集方法,解决了整机状态下V形尾翼加载空间狭窄、加载力线干涉等问题,实现了面向生产线的V形尾翼载荷标定试验。与整机状态下标定试验结果的比对表明,两种试验方法的相对误差在3%以内,取得了良好的试验效果。本文的研究结果对此类结构载荷标定试验具有一定的借鉴作用。
In order to obtain the load-time history of the fully-movable V-shaped tail structure and optimize the maintenance period of the structure,this paper innovatively proposes a load calibration test method for the production lines of the fully-movable V-shaped tail.By improving the loading method and the data acquisition method of strain bridge,problems such as narrow loading space and load force line interference of the V-shaped tail under the whole machine condition are solved,and the load calibration test for the production lines of V-shaped tail structure is realized.The comparison with the calibration test results under the whole machine condition shows that the relative error of the two test methods is less than 3%,and good test results are obtained.The research results of the paper have certain reference for the load calibration test of this kind of structure.
