摘要
为验证发动机地面试车试验中试车钢索的抗拉强度,需要进行钢索拉伸试验。由于钢索破坏产生的不利影响较大,需要对钢索拉伸试验中试验件的安全保障技术进行研究。通过分析钢索拉伸试验的控制原理及控制过程中影响试验件安全的控制参量,总结各参量设置及对应的检查保护机制,这对钢索拉伸试验的安全实施具有很好的指导作用,并可推广应用于其他结构强度试验。
In order to verify the tensile strength of the steel cable for aeroengine test,it is necessary to conduct the tensile test of cable.Due to the adverse impact of the cable break,it is necessary to study the safety guarantee technology in the cable tensile test.By analyzing the control principle of the cable tensile test and the control parameters that affect the safety of the test during the control process,the setting of each parameter and the corresponding inspection and protection mechanism are summarized,which has a directive function for the safety implementation of the cable tensile test and can be applied to other structure strength tests.
