摘要
飞机结构疲劳试验是新机研制的主要环节之一。结构疲劳试验系统是多组件多通道系统,试验加载点之间的耦合作用严重影响试验速度。本文通过分析加载点之间的相互影响机制,获取其耦合机制,并通过有限元仿真和试验实测验证了本文方法的合理性和有效性。
The fatigue test of aircraft structure plays a key role in the development of new aircraft.The structural fatigue test system is a multi-component and multi-channel system.The coupling effect between the test loading points seriously affects the test speed.This article analyses the mutual influence mechanism to obtain their coupling mechanism,and verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the method proposed in the paper through finite element simulation and test measurement.
