摘要
飞机结构强度地面试验中边界条件的模拟和支持夹具设计是非常重要的一环,本文针对前起落架舱连接区的结构形式和载荷加载方式,设计了两种支持方式,并将其应用于某型飞机的前起落架连接区地面静力试验中。试验应用结果表明,这两种支持夹具在满足试验件静定要求的同时,也保证了刚度需求,降低了夹具稳定性带来的干扰,使得试验测量数据更真实有效。
The simulation of boundary conditions and the design of support fixture are very important in the ground test of aircraft structural strength.In this paper,two support methods are designed for the structural form and loading mode of nose landing gear cabin connection area,and applied to the static test of the nose landing gear connection area of a certain type of aircraft.The test results show that the two kinds of support fixtures not only meet the static ireguirements of the test parts,but also ensure the stiffness requirements,reduce the interference caused by the stability of the fixture,and make the test measurement data more real and effective.
