摘要
针对强度测量系统在研制过程中遇到的电磁兼容性试验不能达到设计目标的问题,对电源电路、布局布线、机箱设计等进行了优化改进。通过降低系统的电磁辐射水平、提高抗干扰水平,系统的电磁兼容性能得到提升,解决了可靠性问题。经过第三方检测,系统达到了国标要求。本文的研究对于电磁兼容性试验优化改进具有一定的参考价值。
The optimization and improvement of electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)testing for a strength measurement system is studied in the paper.By addressing issues related to the power circuit,layout and wiring,and chassis design,the electromagnetic radiation level of the system is reduced and its anti-interference level is improved.As a result,the EMC performance of the system is enhanced,and reliability issues are resolved.Third-party testing confirms that the system meets the requirement of national standards.The findings of this study have important implications for the optimization and improvement of EMC testing for similar systems.
